Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It gives a true history of the creation of the earth and of mankind. There is only one God: the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and of all mankind. That this one God is Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in regeneration and activity. He is the First and the Last and beside Him there is no God.
Salvation consists of deliverance from sin through the blood of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. This is called the New Birth (John 3:5 and Acts 2:38); and continuing in the apostles’ doctrine with a holy and consistent life.

Principal
Dr. Anne Dina Pierre

I am a passionate educator dedicated to empowering students to achieve their fullest potential. Currently, I serve as a professor at Hillsborough Community College, where I have the privilege of shaping minds and inspiring growth. I hold a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Education and look forward to continuing my academic journey at Harvard University (online), embracing lifelong learning as a way of life.
My journey in education has been deeply rooted in service and leadership. I was honored to be part of the founding team that established NLT Academy, where I served as the administrative assistant during its first year. Over time, I transitioned to Assistant Principal and now have the incredible opportunity to lead as Principal of the Lions. Each step of this journey has been guided by my desire to make a meaningful impact on our students’ lives.
Nelson Mandela’s words inspire me: "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Education goes beyond academics—it unlocks potential, fosters growth, and empowers individuals to make a difference. My goal is to equip students to succeed academically and spiritually, helping them grow into well-rounded individuals ready to thrive in all aspects of life. I strive to show every student that their only limits are the ones they set for themselves, inspiring them to embrace their boundless potential.
Assistant Principal
Coleta Easington

I am passionate and dedicated to being the Assistant Principal of NLT Academy. I am a school leader, committed to empowering students to reach their full potential and discover their unique purpose. Holding a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Education, a Master in Education Leadership, and an Education Specialist degree concentrating on Curriculum and Instruction, I have built a strong foundation for inspiring academic excellence and fostering student growth.
My career spans a diverse range of roles and geographic locations. Having taught at all grade levels across Jamaica, Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States, I bring a global perspective to the educational experience. In addition to a rich background in classroom instruction, I have also served as an administrator in London (U, K.) and worked as an instructional coach in Georgia, where the focus was on enhancing teaching practices and student outcomes.
A favorite quote by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reflects my perspective on education: "The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character—that is the goal of true education." My goal is to build a legacy of educational excellence that inspires children, strengthens families, and impacts future generations. In every aspect of leadership, I am dedicated to shaping a learning environment that nurtures character, critical thinking, and the academic success necessary for students to thrive both in the classroom and beyond.
Superintendent
Natalie Davy

NLT Academy provides classes from kindergarten through 8th grade. Our dedication to high quality Christian education has earned us the accreditation with the International League for Christian Schools (Florida League of Christian Schools), and Cognia. We consider it a privilege to assist parents on their mission to train their children so as to maximize their child’s potential. At NLT Academy, we are raising the next generation of leaders and intellectuals, with God’s Word as the foundation for everything we do.
We offer new classrooms, a state of the art gymnasium, athletics and after school activities. When you walk on our campus, you will find students who are full of energy and potential. You will also find teachers who are committed to their students; teachers who work closely with parents as they nurture the gifts and talents of each student individually.
Dean Of Students
Cyvonne Davy

After graduating college at a young age, I became a Registered Nurse, merging my academic inclinations with my passion for helping others. My commitment to excellence led to leadership roles and a deep appreciation for helping growth in others. Along the way, I earned multiple degrees, reflecting my love for learning and development.
I am inspired by George Washington Carver’s words: "Education is the key to unlocking the golden door of freedom." Education empowers individuals to achieve their dreams and create positive change in their communities and beyond.
As Dean of Students, my mission is to guide students toward excellence, helping them realize their potential and prepare to thrive as leaders and changemakers of tomorrow.
